The DF3 VIE 3-position 3-way manual rotary valve (OM) and the DDF3 3-position 3-way manual rotary valve (OLEOWEB ) are functionally identical, with a slight difference in dimensions, which does not affect use.
The center port (i.e. P port) of the valve is the oil inlet, when the handle is turned to the left position, the P port is connected to the A port, and the B port is not accessible to oil. When the handle is turned to the right position, the P port is connected to the B port and the A port is not accessible. Located in the left side, right side, the valve body itself and the handle bar between the limit mechanism, that is, to the left side of 45 degrees, the right side of 45 degrees, to reach the maximum angle, can not be rotated. When the handle is located in the center position, there are two functions available, i.e., all-pass, Y-type function, the three oil ports P, A and B are connected in the center position. The other function is O-type, i.e. the three ports P, A and B are all closed in the neutral position.
Note: the closure effect of the directional valve and hydraulic lock, shut-off valves do not use, can not be used to lock cylinders, motors and other actuators, only for a short period of closure. Italy OLEOWEB company closed in the neutral position, the oil leakage is 20 MPa pressure, 7 drops / per minute.
DF3 VIE三位三通手动转阀(OM公司型号）与DDF3三位三通手动转阀(OLEOWEB公司型号）的功能相同，尺寸稍有区别，不影响使用。
该款阀的中间油口（即为P口）为进油口，手柄转动至左边位置时，P油口与A油口相通，B油口不通油。手柄转动至右边位置时，P油口与B油口相通，A油口不通。位于左侧、右侧时，阀体本身与手柄杆之间有限位机构，即到左侧45度、右侧45度，到达最大角度，无法再进行旋转。手柄位于中位时，有两种机能可供选择，即全通，Y型机能，P、A、B三个油口在中位相通。另一种机能为O型，即P、A、B三个油口在中位全部关闭。
注意：换向阀的封闭效果与液压锁、截止阀不用，不可以用来锁油缸、马达等执行机构，只用于短暂的封闭。意大利OLEOWEB公司中位封闭时，油路泄露量为20兆帕压力下，7滴/每分钟。
